摘要
数字时代,劳动形态与劳动分工的转变加剧了劳动教育发展的现实复杂性。数字时代的劳动教育应致力于培养学生正确的劳动价值观,提升数字时代学生创造性的劳动能力,促进数字时代学生健康劳动关系的建立。由于缺少经验、制度、物质条件等的支持,数字时代劳动教育的发展面临价值理念失衡、教育性缺失、发生时空泛化等难题。数字时代劳动教育的实现需要明晰劳动教育的发展方向,促成数字时代劳动教育的内容体系建构,增进数字时代劳动教育的实践正义。
In the digital age,the transformation of labor patterns and labor division has exacerbated the real complexity of labor education development.Labor education in the digital age should be devoted to cultivating students'correct labor values,enhancing their creative labor ability in the digital age,and establishing a healthy labor relationship for students in the digital age.Due to the lack of support from experience,institutions,and material conditions,the development of labor education in the digital age is faced with problems such as the imbalance of value concepts,the lack of education,and the occurrence of temporal and spatial generalization.The realization of labor education in the digital age needs to clarify the development direction of labor education in the digital age,promote the construction of the content system of labor education in the digital age,and improve the practical justice of labor education in the digital age.
