实习期间护生组织沉默行为的现象学研究

摘要 目的分析实习期间护生组织沉默行为的内心体验。方法采用现象学研究方法,对13名护生进行半结构式访谈,采用Colaizzi分析法进行资料分析和归纳。结果提炼出护生组织沉默行为体验4个主题:沉默的消极、沉默的担心、沉默的顾虑和沉默的和谐。结论临床教育者应提高护生职业认同感,减少职业倦怠;加强培训,塑造专业自信;营造工作安全感,减少建言顾虑;深入专业认知,提高实习期间护生自我效能感。 Objective To explore the inner experience of nursing students in organisational silence.Method The method for phenomenological research was used in this study:a semi-structured interview was conducted among 13 nursing students,and the data was analysed by Colaizzi analysis.Result The experience of nursing students in organisational silence was extracted with 4 themes:silent negativity,silent worries,silent concerns,and silent harmony.Conclusions Clinical educators should improve the professional identity of nursing students to reduce their job burnout,strengthen training to increase their professional self-confidence,create career security to reduce their worries about making suggestions,and enhance their professional cognition to improve self-efficacy.
