摘要
在建筑项目给排水分项工程中,不同专业功能的给排水管道系统多,管线规格型号多,尤其是医疗类建筑,专业系统更为复杂,从机电大系统,到专业小系统,常常多达十几种。不同种类的管道其安装工艺也不同,因此合理地排布和敷设给排水管道显得格外重要。BIM技术的可视化设计、模拟化施工,将以往的线条式的构件图形转换成一种多维的立体图形展示在人们的面前。采用BIM技术对给排水管道进行管线综合排布,可以直观地查看每一根管线的位置,有效避免各专业间的碰撞,更好地利用建筑空间,提高空间利用率,有助于各专业间的配合和协调,能够一目了然地发现并及时解决问题。
In the subdivisional works of water supply and drainage of construction projects,there are many pipeline systems with different professional functions,and there are many pipeline specifications and models.Especially,medical buildingshave complex systemswith more than a dozen kinds of electromechanical large systems and professional small systems.Different installation processesare applied to different kinds of pipelines,so it is particularly important to reasonably arrange and lay water supply and drainage pipelines.The visual design and simulated construction of BIMtechnology convert the previous linear component graphics into a three-dimensional graphics for the layoutin front of people.BIM technology is used to comprehensively arrange the water supply and drainage pipelines,which can intuitively revealthe location of each pipeline,effectively avoid the collision between disciplines,make better use of building space,improve space utilization,contribute to the cooperation and coordination among various professions of architecture,and be able to find and solve problems in time.
