本文简述了国际金融论坛(IFF)永久会址采用建筑信息模型系统(BIM)、物联网技术、计算机仿真设计和智慧绿色节能多项先进技术贯穿项目从设计、施工建设到未来项目管理的建筑全过程应用方法,通过对本项目建筑的全生命周期的信息技术的应用,提高了本项目的智能技术水平。

This article briefly describes how the permanent site of the International Finance Forum(IFF)adopts Building Information Modeling System(BIM),Internet of Things technology,computer simulation design and smart green energy-saving multiple advanced technologies throughout the project from design,construction to future project management.The whole process application method,through the application of information technology in the whole life cycle of the building of this project,has improved the intelligent technology level of this project.
