摘要
八门拳是甘肃传统武术,其各项功法符合运动的适宜性,在结构和动作设计上,突出武术和健身功能,具有很高的健身作用和技击价值。本文通过八门拳在甘肃多地的发展阐述了传统武术在体育文化和非物质文化遗产传承发展中发挥的积极作用。
Bamenquan is the traditional wushu(martial arts) in Gansu. It is an effective sport, which emphasizes on the function of wushu and fitness in its structure and movement, and contains defense and attack value. This paper expounds the positive function of traditional wushu in sports culture and the inheritance of intangible cultural inheritance from the development of bamenquan in different areas in Sichuan.
