摘要
作为高职院校探索产学研模式的产物,校企合作模式是为社会、企业输送高质量的创新、创业人才重要手段,对提升科技创新人才培养水平具有关键作用。本文以安徽职业技术学院与中兴通信股份有限公司合作为案例,讨论了校企合作背景下ICT行业科技创新人才培养现状,并进一步提出目前校企合作下科技创新人才培养面临的困境。指出化解融通创新存在阻梗、双方发展动力不足、缺乏有效沟通机制、人才培养方案不全问题,需要学校、企业共同发力,通过构建产教融合创新实践基地、构设科技创新人才培养方案、打造多重结网的沟通机制、完善人才培养多元育人环境,实现校企深度融合。
As the product of higher vocational colleges’ exploration of the industry-university-research mode, school-enterprise cooperation mode is an important means to transport high-quality innovative and entrepreneurial talents for social enterprises, and plays a key role in improving the training level of scientific and technological innovative talents. In Anhui vocational & technical college cooperation with ZTE Co., Ltd. as a case, this paper discusses the current situation of the cultivation of scientific and technological innovation talents in ICT Industry under the background of school enterprise cooperation, and further puts forward the difficulties faced by the cultivation of scientific and technological innovation talents under the current school enterprise cooperation. It is pointed out that to solve the problems of obstacles in financing innovation, insufficient development motivation of both sides, lack of effective communication mechanism and incomplete talent training scheme, schools and enterprises need to work together to realize the deep integration of schools and enterprises by building an innovative practice base for the integration of industry and education, constructing a talent training scheme for scientific and technological innovation, creating a multi networking communication mechanism, and improving the diversified education environment for talent training.
