艰苦奋斗精神作为一个国家的重要精神基因和精神品格,是决定着我国走向国家富强和民族复兴的重要精神,也是决定大学生成长成才的重要因素。本文从艰苦奋斗精神在学生主体中所体现的认知不足、意志薄弱、践行匮乏等问题,从拜金主义、青年亚文化、错误价值观和高校等原因中对艰苦奋斗精神所存在问题进行分析,并从社会、高校和学生主体等多角度来积极探索艰苦奋斗精神的实现路径。
