高职院校国有资产清查工作探析——基于资产全生命周期视角

Analysis of Assets Inventory Work of Higher Vocational Colleges: Based on the Asset Lifecycle Perspective

资产清查是高职院校资产管理工作的重要内容。当前高职院校资产清查工作存在思想上不重视、制度不健全、历史遗留问题多、绩效评价体系不完善等问题。为了提升高职院校国有资产的管理水平,必须提高思想认识、健全国资管理制度、优化资源配置、定期开展资产清查、完善绩效评价体系等。

Asset inventory is an important part of asset management in higher vocational colleges. At present, there are some problems in the asset inventory of higher vocational colleges, such as lack of attention in ideology, imperfect system, many problems left over from history, and imperfect performance evaluation system. In order to improve the management level of state-owned assets in higher vocational colleges, we must improve our ideological understanding, improve the management system of state-owned assets, optimize resource allocation, regularly carry out asset inventory, and improve the performance evaluation system.
