高职院校国际化人才培养存在的问题与对策——基于“双高计划”背景

Problems and Countermeasures of International Talents Training in Higher Vocational Colleges:Based on the Background of High Level Vocational College Project

基于中国特色高水平高职学校和专业建设计划背景,通过对高职院校国际化人才培养研究现状的分析,揭示高职院校国际化人才培养过程中存在的问题,并从培养目标的确定、培养项目的选择、师资队伍建设和构建国际化人才培养机制等方面提出高职院校加强国际化人才培养的对策,以期能够促进高职院校“双高计划”中各项重点任务的顺利完成,为提高国际化人才培养质量提供保障。

Based on the background of the construction plan of high-level higher vocational schools and majors with Chinese characteristics,this paper reveals the problems existing in the training process of international talents in higher vocational colleges through the analysis of the research status of international talents training in higher vocational colleges.In order to promote the successful completion of the key tasks in Chinese High Level Vocational College Project of higher vocational colleges,and to provide guarantee for improving the quality of international talents training,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the training of international talents in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of the determination of training objectives,the selection of training projects,the construction of teaching staff and the construction of international talents training mechanism.
