企业发展的核心力量是企业员工,而保证员工对企业的满意度,最重要的一条就是企业薪酬,唯有薪酬达到员工心中期许,与员工努力成正比,才能保证企业员工长期在企业发展,与企业共同成长,共同增长经济收入。因此,对于大蒜生物食品企业的稳定发展来说,薪酬管理的完善与健全至关重要。文章就大蒜生物食品企业管理中的薪酬管理问题展开讨论。
