新冠疫情背景下日本公立图书馆的相关对策研究

Research on the countermeasures of Japanese public libraries in the context of the COVID-19

2021年6月,在日本图书馆协会协助下,日本国立国会图书馆实施了“关于公立图书馆应对新型冠状病毒感染”的调查与研究,2022年公布了相关结果与分析。文章通过对“关于公立图书馆应对新型冠状病毒感染”的《问卷调查》《单纯结果统计》《调查研究报告书》进行分析、研究,结合词频、统计数据与各馆回答,参考若干日本县立图书馆的实践案例,分析日本公立图书馆在新冠疫情下的对策。最后从应急服务、到馆服务、非到馆服务等3个方面提出相关建议。

In June 2021,the National Diet Library of Japan implemented the investigation and study on“Public Libraries’Handling COVID-19”with the assistance of the Japan Library Association,and published the investigation report and responses of various libraries in 2022.Through the analysis and research of Questionnaire,Simple Result Statistics and Survey Research Report,this paper show the countermeasures of public libraries in Japan under the COVID-19 combined with keywords,statistical data and the answers of each library.Referring to the practical cases of several libraries in Japan,this paper analyzes the countermeasures of public libraries in Japan under the COVID-19epidemic.Finally,some suggestions are put forward from three aspects,emergency service,arrival service and nonarrival service.
