新疆高校高价值专利培育路径探索——以新疆8所高校专利文献竞争力分析为例

高价值专利培育是当前知识产权强国建设的必然选择,对深入实施创新驱动战略,促进经济高质量发展具有重要意义。文章主要从新疆具有代表性的8所高校专利文献竞争力的视角,用专利文献计量学方法,从专利申请数量、申请类型、法律状态、被引次数、权利要求数、海外同族专利、获奖情况等方面分析新疆高校专利申请的现状、存在的问题以及探索新疆高校培育高价值专利的方法,对新疆高校高价值专利培育的实践和理论研究进行分析,促进新疆高校高价值专利培育和知识产权强省建设。

The cultivation of high-value patents is an inevitable choice for the construction of a powerful country with intellectual property rights, which is of great significance for the in-depth implementation of the innovation-driven strategy and the promotion of high-quality economic development. From the perspective of patent literature competitiveness of eight representative universities in Xinjiang, this study analyzes the current situation and existing problems of patent applications in Xinjiang universities and explores the methods of cultivating high-value patents of Xinjiang universities from the number of patent applications, application types, legal status, cited times, number of claims, overseas patents of the same family, awards, etc. This paper analyzes the practice and theoretical research on the cultivation of high-value patents in Xinjiang universities, and promotes the cultivation of high-value patents in Xinjiang universities and the construction of a province with strong intellectual property rights.
