摘要
文章应用数据包络分析法(DEA),对江苏省13家地市级公共图书馆的相对效率进行评价研究。对其现存资源配置不合理、区域发展不均衡等问题,提出今后发展的4点建议:一是落实经费保障,重视运营兼顾管理;二是深度解读读者,合理配置馆藏资源;三是发挥区域特色,开创多元品牌服务;四是利用信息技术,促进全省均衡发展。
This paper applies data envelopment analysis(DEA) to evaluate the relative efficiency of 13 prefecture-level public libraries in Jiangsu province. With regard to its existing problems such as unreasonable allocation of resources and unbalanced regional development, four suggestions for its future development are put forward: first, to implement funding guarantee and pay attention to operation and management;the second is to deeply understand readers and reasonably allocate library resources;third, give full play to regional characteristics and create diversified brand services;fourth, use information technology to promote the balanced development of the province.
