Primary and Secondary School Homework under the Background of“Double Reduction”:connotation,dilemma and solution

作业是课程与教学的重要组成部分,是教师根据教学目标布置给学生在非教学活动时间完成的学习任务,是学生课堂内外、校内外一种生活过程和生活方式。尽管“双减”政策已然颁布,但作业观的唯智主义、作业设计的保守主义、作业管理的直觉主义等问题依然不同程度的存在。基于此,在“双减”背景下进行作业改进,其破解之道主要包括:更新作业理念、优化作业设计、规范作业实施、优化作业管理机制。

Homework is an integral part of curriculum and teaching,a learning task assigned by teachers to stu⁃dents in non-teaching activities according to teaching objectives,and a life process and lifestyle of students inside and outside the classroom and school.Although the policy of“double reduction”has been promulgated,problems such as intellectualism in homework view,conservatism in homework design,and intuitionism in homework management still exist to varying degrees.Based on this,homework solutions under the background of“double reduction”mainly in⁃cludes:updating homework concepts,optimizing homework design,standardizing homework implementation,and im⁃proving homework management mechanisms.
