Suzhou embroidery has a long history and has accumulated a profound aesthetic heritage in the long process of development.Guided by the study of Suzhou embroidery aesthetics,this paper extracts the deep philosophical thoughts such as aesthetic features,creation wisdom and spiritual concepts contained in Suzhou embroidery aesthetics from the historical and cultural background.From the two dimensions of design and life,it explores its value transformation in the contemporary context,and dissolves the boundary between the Suzhou embroidery aesthetic tradition and the contemporary.
