摘要
地下空间由于建筑条件限制,缺乏足够自然光,不利于长时间驻留工作人员的生理和心理健康。为了探究地下空间中不同自然光介入程度对人工作绩效的影响,本研究采用现场准实验的方法,选取济南地区自然光介入程度不同的三个地下空间(济南西站、奥体中心站、印力印象城)作为实验地点,采集了12名被试者不同时间(白天、黑夜)、不同场景(有自然光介入/无自然光介入)下的工作情绪、工作状态和工作效率数据。研究结果表明,地下空间不同自然光介入程度对人的工作绩效有显著影响,当自然光介入比例从7%~26%时,可以显著缓解抑郁情绪,提升注意力的主观评价得分;当自然光介入比例达到97%时,除了上述影响外,还可缓解困惑情绪,增强活力情绪,提升工作效率。结论可为地下空间光环境优化设计提供参考依据。
Underground space is limited by building conditions and lacks sufficient natural light,which is not beneficial to the physical and mental health of workers.In order to investigate the influence of different degrees of natural light intervention in underground space on human performance,this paper adopted the method of field quasi-experiment,selected 3 underground spaces in Jinan(Jinan West Station,Olympic Sports Center Station,and SCPG Impression City)with different levels of natural light intervention as experimental sites,and collected data on work mood,work status and work efficiency of 12 subjects at different times(day and night)with different scenarios(with or without natural light intervention).The results show that different levels of natural light intervention in underground spaces have a significant impact on people’s work performance.When the proportion of natural light intervention from 7%to 26%,it can significantly relieve depression and improve the subjective evaluation score of attention;When the proportion of natural light intervention reaches 97%,in addition to the above effects,it can also relieve confusion,enhance energic mood and improve work efficiency.The findings can provide a reference for the optimal design of the underground space light environment.
