深圳市夜间光环境区域限值初探 被引量:1

A Preliminary Research on the Threshold Limits of Nighttime Light Environment Function Zones in Shenzhen

摘要 目前存在较多的照明标准,但关于不合理照明产生的光环境问题的研究却较少。本研究参考国内外环境亮度分区,按使用功能特点和光环境质量要求,将深圳市划分为四类光环境功能区;总结出能够体现区域光环境质量的眩光指数GR、人眼方向的垂直照度、住宅建筑居室窗户外表面上垂直照度以及夜空亮度等指标作为光环境评价指标,并给出建议限值。以深圳市为例,验证光环境评价指标限值的合理性,现场监测结果发现,除了夜空亮度未达到但接近质量要求,其他指标达标率均在75%以上,因此,光环境评价指标限值取值合理,可为深圳市光环境管理和光污染控制提供技术支撑。 At present,there are many lighting standards,but there are few studies on the light environmental caused by improper lighting.Based on the use function and light environment quality requirements,this study divides Shenzhen into four types of light environment function zones by referring to internal and overseas standard of environmental lighting zones.We summarize light environment evaluation indexes(e.g.,glare rating(GR)which can reflect light environmental quality,the vertical illuminance in the direction of the human eye,vertical illuminance on properties,and night sky brightness),and give the recommended limits.Taking Shenzhen as an example to verify the rationality of the light environment evaluation index limits,the on-site monitoring results show that except for the night sky brightness,which is not up to but close to the quality requirement,the compliance rates of other indexes are above 75%.Therefore,the limit value of light environment evaluation index is reasonable,which can provide technical support for light environment management and light pollution control in Shenzhen city.
