舱外铸铝的表面阳极氧化处理与腐蚀性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 对舱外铸铝Al-xNi-2Si(x=2、x=4、x=6和x=8)铝合金进行了表面阳极氧化处理,研究了Ni含量对Al-xNi-2Si铝合金和Al-xNi-2Si铝合金阳极氧化膜显微形貌和耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,经过阳极氧化处理后,x=2、x=4、x=6和x=8的铝合金表面都形成了较为致密的阳极氧化膜,宏观未见阳极氧化膜表面出现异常气孔或者裂纹等缺陷存在。随着Ni元素含量逐渐升高,Al-xNi-2Si铝合金阳极氧化膜的厚度逐渐减小。Al-xNi-2Si铝合金的腐蚀速率从大至小顺序为:x=8>x=6>x=4>x=2,Al-2Ni-Si铝合金的腐蚀倾向最小、腐蚀速率最慢。Al-xNi-2Si铝合金阳极氧化膜的腐蚀速率从大至小顺序为:x=8>x=6>x=4>x=2。从极化曲线测试结果可知,Al-2Ni-Si铝合金阳极氧化膜的腐蚀倾向最小、腐蚀速率最慢。Al-2Ni-Si铝合金阳极氧化膜的耐腐蚀性能最好。 The surface of Al-xNi-2Si(x=2,x=4,x=6 and x=8)aluminum alloy cast outside the cabin was anodized,and the effect of Ni content on the morphology and corrosion resistance of the anodized film of Al-xNi-2Si aluminum alloy and Al-xNi-2Si aluminum alloy was studied.The results show that after anodizing treatment,the aluminum alloy with x=2,x=4,x=6 and x=8 forms a relatively dense anodic oxide film,and no defects such as abnormal pores or cracks are found on the surface of the anodic oxide film.With the increase of Ni content,the thickness of anodic oxide film on Al-xNi-2Si aluminum alloy decreases gradually.The corrosion rate of Al-xNi-2Si aluminum alloy is in the order of x=8>x=6>x=4>x=2,and the corrosion tendency of Al-2Ni-Si aluminum alloy is the smallest and the corrosion rate is the slowest.The corrosion rate of anodic oxidation film on Al-xNi-2Si aluminum alloy is in the order of x=8>x=6>x=4>x=2.From the polarization curve test results,it can be seen that the corrosion tendency of Al-2Ni-Si aluminum alloy anodic oxide film is the smallest and the corrosion rate is the slowest.The corrosion resistance of Al-2Ni-Si aluminum alloy anodized film is the best.
