汽车整车大气暴露试验评价方法标准解读与应用

Interpretation and Application of Evaluation Method Standard of Automobile at Mospheric Exposure Test

本文首先针对汽车整车大气暴露试验评价方法标准进行解读。依据标准,对某型试验车大气暴露试验的失效行为进行分类、评级和耐候性评分。结果表明,该标准对于整车耐候性定量评价具有很好的指导意义,便于不同试验车耐候性纵横向比较。

Firstly,this paper interprets the evaluation method standard of automobile at mospheric exposure test.According to the standard,the failure behavior of a test vehic le in atmospheric exposure test was classified,rated and the weather resistance was sco red.The RESULTS show that the standard has a good guiding significance for the quantita tive evaluation of the whole vehicle weather resistance,which is convenient to compare the weather resistance of different test vehicles in vertical and horizontal direction.
