基于红外反射的油烟浓度传感器技术的实验研究

摘要 现有的红外油烟浓度传感器以红外反射的方式实现油烟浓度的检测,为解决红外油烟浓度传感器被油烟附着物污染阻挡所导致的检测不准确及使用寿命问题,本文对新型厨房油烟浓度传感器技术进行了研究。本文首先对现有厨房油烟浓度传感器技术进行了原理介绍,提出现有厨房油烟浓度传感器技术方案的优缺点,并对本文所述的一种新型油烟浓度传感器的原理及结构进行了详细介绍以及测试验证。本文所述的新型厨房油烟浓度传感器可解决目前传感器检测不准确且寿命短的问题。实验结果表明,新型厨房油烟浓度传感器技术是可行且有效的,能达到精准且长期检测油烟浓度的目的。 The existing infrared oil-smoke concentration sensor realizes the detection of oil-smoke concentration by infrared reflection.In order to solve the problems of inaccurate detection and service life caused by the pollution and blockage of the infrared oil-smoke concentration sensor by lampblack pollution,this paper studies the new kitchen oil-smoke concentration sensor technology.Firstly,this paper introduces the principle of the existing kitchen oilsmoke concentration sensor technology,puts forward the advantages and disadvantages of the existing kitchen oilsmoke concentration sensor technology scheme,and introduces in detail the principle and structure of a new oil-smoke concentration sensor described in this paper,as well as the test and verification.The new kitchen fume concentration sensor described in this paper can solve the problems of inaccurate detection and increase lifetime of the current sensor.The experimental results show that the new kitchen oil smoke concentration sensor technology is feasible and effective,and can achieve the purpose of accurate and long-term detection of oil smoke concentration.
