摘要
本文通过对热交换器翅片进行不同的结构设计,将这些新设计的翅片结构和现有的翅片结构在相同的边界条件下进行仿真分析,根据仿真分析数据以及云图趋势找出其中最优的设计方案,并将最优方案做手板后与现有的热交换器在同等试验条件下进行实用性的对比实验测试,通过对优化前后的测试数据进行对比分析,验证了热交换器不同的翅片结构对换热效率的影响,提出了热交换器翅片结构的一些设计建议。
In this paper,through different structural designs of heat exchanger fins,these newly designed fin structures and existing fin structures are simulated and analysed under the same boundary conditions.According to the simulation analysis data and cloud chart trends,the optimal design scheme is found,and the optimal scheme is compared and experimentally tested with the existing heat exchanger under the same test conditions.Through the comparison and analysis of the test data before and after optimisation,the influence of different fin structures of the heat exchanger on heat transfer efficiency is verified,and some design suggestions for the fin structure of the heat exchanger is put forward.
