摘要 针对海洋环境腐蚀和磨损因素对系泊锚链极限破断载荷的影响,论文提出系泊锚链的全生命期内极限破断安全系数演变特性分析方法。通过分析均匀腐蚀深度对系缆重量、刚度和等效直径的影响,结合海洋环境腐蚀规律建立考虑腐蚀因素的系泊系统整体动态张力计算方法。结合链环之间Archard磨损理论研究锚链磨损体积与接触应力、滑移距离的关系,建立考虑腐蚀磨损因素的局部链环结构有限元模型。在此基础上,研究在全生命期内系泊锚链关键区域的极限张力、极限破断载荷和安全系数的演变特性,分析腐蚀和磨损损伤对锚链极限破断性能的影响。 Aiming at the influence of marine environment corrosion and wear factors on the ultimate breaking of a mooring chain, this paper proposes a method for analyzing evolutionary characteristics of the ultimate breaking safety factor of the mooring chain during its life cycle. Influence of the uniform corrosion depth on the weight, stiffness and equivalent diameter of the mooring chain is analyzed. A calculation method for the overall dynamic tension of the mooring system is established in which corrosion factors are considered.Applying Archard’s wear theory, the relationship between the wear volume of the anchor chain, contact stress and slip distance is studied, and a finite element model of the local link structure is established with the corrosion and wear factors considered. Evolutionary characteristics of the mooring chain during its life cycle are studied such as the ultimate dynamic tension, ultimate strength and the safety factor in the key areas.Influence of corrosion and wear damage on the ultimate breaking performance of the chain is analyzed.
