摘要 为减少台风等极端自然灾害对电力系统造成的破坏和损失,提出一种考虑差异化加固的全阶段抗灾型骨干网架两阶段优化方法。首先,针对横跨多个台风灾害区域的输电网提出灾前差异化加固指标、灾时抗毁能力指标以及灾后恢复能力指标来评价骨干网架的全阶段抗灾性能,并运用场景分析法处理台风路径的随机性。在此基础上,构建全阶段抗灾型骨干网架优化规划模型来最大化骨干网架抗灾性能综合指标,并提出一种两阶段等效转换方法将其转换为两阶段优化规划模型,以降低模型求解难度。然后,提出基于图论修复策略和遗传算法的改进非支配排序遗传算法的两阶段求解算法对所提模型进行求解。最后,以广东某区域输电网进行算例分析,验证了该文所提全阶段抗灾型骨干网架规划方法的有效性和优势。 In order to reduce the damage and loss of power systems caused by the extreme natural disasters such as typhoons, a two-stage optimal planning method of the all-stage anti-disaster backbone network considering differential reinforcement is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the differential reinforcement indexes(before the disaster), the invulnerability indexes(during the disaster) and the recovery indexes(after the disaster) for the transmission network that spans multiple typhoon disaster areas are proposed to evaluate the all-stage anti-disaster performances of the backbone network. The scenario analysis is utilized to address the randomness of the typhoon paths. On this basis, an optimal planning model of the all-stage anti-disaster backbone network is established to maximize the integrated index of the anti-disaster performance of the backbone network, and the proposed model is equivalently converted into a two-stage optimization model to improve the solution efficiency. Then, an improved non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm Ⅱ(NSGA-Ⅱ) based on the graph theory repair strategy and the genetic algorithm is proposed to solve the proposed two-stage model. Finally, a case study based on a regional transmission network in Guangdong province is used to verify the effectiveness and advantages of the proposed model.
