基于“形气神思想”探讨“神”在肺结节发生发展中的作用

Discussion on the Role of“Spirit”in the Occurrence and Progression of Pulmonary Nodules based on the“Body,Qi and Spirit”Thought

形气神思想是中医认识人体的理论体系之一,从“神”分析肺结节的形成,探讨神在肺结节发生发展中的作用及治神在肺结节防治中的应用。认为在形、气、神三者之间,“神不使”是肺结节发生的重要因素和发展的病理基础,且起主导作用。强调治神在肺结节治疗中的重要性,提出宁神内守为其治疗总则,可为肺结节的中医防治提供思路。

The thought of“body,qi and spirit”is one of the theoretical systems of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in understanding the human body.This article analyzed the pulmonary nodules from the perspective of“spirit”,discussed the role of spirit in the occurrence and progression of pulmonary nodules,and explored the prevention and treatment of the disease based on spirit treatment.In terms of“body,qi and spirit”,“spirit not playing its role”is considered as an important factor in the occurrence of pulmonary nodules as well as the pathological basis for the progression of the disease,and moreover is a dominant reason.Therefore,treatment of spirit is emphasized in treating pulmonary nodules,and the general principle is proposed to be keeping the spirit in the interior,which provide new ideas for the treatment of pulmonary nodules with TCM.
