新型激光定位技术辅助下引流管抽吸、旋切脑活检术的临床应用研究

摘要 目的 探讨新型激光定位技术辅助下引流管抽吸、旋切脑活检术的临床应用效果。方法 回顾性分析2021年1月至12月湖南中医药大学第一附属医院神经外科采用新型激光定位技术辅助下行引流管抽吸、旋切脑活检术的8例颅内病变患者的临床资料。结果 8例患者均在新型激光定位技术辅助下完成引流管穿刺、抽吸、旋切脑活检术。所有患者均取到适量标本,术后复查CT示引流管位置与术前规划的位置吻合,未见颅内出血、感染、癫痫等并发症。活检阳性率为100%,其中胶质瘤3例,弥漫性B细胞淋巴瘤2例,转移性腺癌1例,颅内寄生虫1例,脑脓肿1例。结论 新型激光定位技术辅助下引流管抽吸、旋切脑活检术是一种相对安全、经济、适用性广的技术,可用于颅内病变的组织病理学诊断,指导患者后续治疗。 Objective To explore the clinical application of drainage tube aspiration and spin-resection of brain biopsy assisted by a novel laser locator. Method A retrospective analysis was performed in 8 patients underwent intracranial lesion drainage tube aspiration and spin-resection of brain biopsy assisted by a novel laser locator from January 2021 to December 2021. Results Eight patients were accomplished the drainage tube puncture, aspiration and spin-resection of brain biopsy assisted by the novel laser locator, and harvested appropriate amount of specimen. Postoperative CT revealed that the locations of drainage tube matched those planned preoperatively without complications such as intracranial hemorrhage, infection and epilepsy. The positive biopsy rate was 100%, including 3 cases of glioma, 2 cases of diffuse B-cell lymphoma, 1 case of metastatic adenocarcinoma, 1 case of intracranial parasite and 1 case of brain abscess. Conclusion Drainage tube aspiration and spin-resection of brain biopsy assisted by the novel laser locator is a relatively safe, economical and widely applicable technique for the histopathological diagnosis of intracranial lesions, and it can be used to guide the subsequent treatment.
