数字化转型对我国制造业参与全球价值链分工的影响 被引量:10

摘要 构筑数字经济新优势,通过数字化赋能提升我国制造业在全球价值链中的参与度具有重要意义。使用世界投入产出表测算中国制造业的数字化强度,并将其纳入全球价值链(GVC)分工的分析框架,分别从制造业的GVC参与度和长度两个维度,考察数字化转型对我国制造业参与全球价值链的影响和机制。结果显示:数字化转型对我国制造业GVC参与度和长度具有显著的促进作用,且主要通过成本节约效应、技术创新效应和资源配置优化效应影响我国制造业的GVC参与度和长度;同时,技术创新在数字化转型对制造业GVC参与度的影响机制中存在一定的遮掩效应。细分行业看,数字化转型对我国中等技术制造业的全球价值链参与度影响最大。因此,应逐渐完善制造业数字化转型的关键保障措施,持续着力于数字经济关键技术的突破,加快推进工业互联网建设,打造制造业的国际竞争力新优势,提高制造业嵌入全球价值链的附加价值。 It is of great significance to build new advantages of digital economy and enhance the participation of China’s manufacturing industry in the global value chain(GVC) through digital empowerment. Use the world input-output table to measure the digital intensity of China’s manufacturing industry and incorporate it into the analysis framework of the GVC, from the two dimensions of GVC participation and embedded length of manufacturing, this paper investigates the impact and mechanism of digital transformation on Chinese manufacturing industry’s participation in global value chain. The results show that digital transformation mainly affects the GVC participation and length of China’s manufacturing industry through cost saving effects, technological innovation effects and resource allocation optimization effects, and it has a significant positive promotion effect on GVC participation and length;At the same time, it is found that technological innovation has a certain masking effect on the influence mechanism of digital transformation on GVC participation. In terms of industry segmentation, digital transformation has the greatest impact on the participation of China’s middle technology manufacturing industry in global value chain. Therefore, it is necessary to gradually improve the key safeguard measures for the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry, continue to focus on breakthroughs in key technologies of the digital economy, accelerate the construction of the industrial internet, create new advantages in the international competitiveness of the manufacturing industry, and improve the added value of the manufacturing industry embedded in the global value chain.
