半夏不同炮制品的特点及审方实践

Characteristics of different gun products of Pinellia pinellia and prescr iption testing practice

目的:分析半夏不同炮制品的特点,为药师审方提供参考。方法:查阅文献及相关资料,考察半夏不同炮制品的特点及临床选药。结果:清半夏、法半夏善于燥湿化痰,姜半夏善于止呕,竹沥半夏善于清化热痰,半夏曲善于健脾止泻。结论:中药师在审方过程中除了对半夏进行常规用量、配伍禁忌的审核外,还应对其炮制品的选用加以关注,以促进临床辨证施治及更合理地选用半夏炮制品。

Objective:To analyze the characteristics of different gun products of Pinellia pinellia,and to provide reference for pharmacists to evaluate prescription.Methods:To review the literature and relevant data,to investigate the characteristics of different pinellia pinellia products and clinical drug selection.Results:Pinellia chinensis and Pinellia chinensis are good at drying dampness and eliminating phlegm,ginger pinellia Chinensis is good at stopping vomiting,bamboo drain pinellia Chinellia is good at clearing hot phlegm,pinellia chinellia Qu is good at strengthening the spleen and preventing diarrhea.Conclusion:In the process of prescription examination,Chinese pharmacists should pay attention to the selection of Radix pinellia sinensis in addition to the review of conventional dosage and incompatibility,in order to promote clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment and more reasonable selection of Radix pinellia sinensis.
