摘要
目的:探讨外科脱位植骨联合生骨补肾汤治疗早期股骨头坏死的疗效。方法:选取2019年3月至2020年9月在广西骨伤医院行外科脱位植骨的48例早期股骨头坏死患者,根据治疗方式的不同分为对照组和治疗组。对照组接受单纯外科脱位植骨治疗,治疗组采用外科脱位植骨联合生骨补肾汤疗法进行治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、髋关节Harris评分。结果:与对照组相比,治疗组的治疗总有效率较高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在术前,两组的髋关节Harris评分无统计学差异(P>0.05)。在术后6个月、12个月、18个月,治疗组的髋关节Harris评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:外科脱位植骨联合生骨补肾汤治疗早期股骨头坏死可取得较好的效果,能够有效地改善患者的髋关节功能。
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of surgical dislocation bone grafting combined with Shenggu Bushen decoction on early femoral head necrosis.Methods:A total of 48 patients with early femoral head necrosis who underwent surgical dislocation and bone grafting in Guangxi Bone Injury Hospital from March 2019 to September 2020 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with surgical dislocation bone grafting alone,and the treatment group was treated with surgical dislocation bone grafting combined with Shenggu Bushen decoction.The clinical efficacy and hip Harris score of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Before surgery,there was no significant difference in hip Harris score between the two groups(P>0.05).At 6,12 and 18 months after surgery,the Harris score of hip joint in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Surgical dislocation bone grafting combined with Shenggu Bushen decoction can achieve good results in the treatment of early femoral head necrosis,and can effectively improve the hip joint function.
