摘要
氧是生物生长和发育的重要元素之一,缺氧会引起一系列的适应性反应。肾细胞癌(RCC)作为泌尿系统中常见的恶性肿瘤之一,已有研究发现VHL基因以及缺氧诱导因子(HIF)与RCC的发生有关,且HIF的结构和功能与RCC的发生、发展、治疗和预后等方面均有一定的关联。详细了解HIF的功能、结构以及传导通路对于RCC的各方面研究至关重要。本文重点就HIF与RCC关系的研究进展进行综述。
Oxygen is one of the important elements of biological growth and development,and hypoxia can cause a series of adaptive reactions.Renal cell carcinoma(RCC)is one of the common malignant tumors in urinary system,It has been found that VHL gene and hypoxia-inducing factor(HIF)are related to the occurrence of RCC,and the structure and function of HIF are related to the development,exploitation,treatment,and prediction of RCC.A detailed understanding of the function,structure and pathway of HIFs is essential for the study of RCCS in all aspects.This paper mainly reviews the research progress of the relationship between HIF and RCC.
