摘要
氯胺酮曾在临床上广泛使用,但因其副作用大(易引起精神类不良反应),很多人都不愿使用。艾司氯胺酮是从氯胺酮中分离出来的对映体,不仅麻醉镇痛催眠作用强,且使用剂量小,现已广泛应用于临床。此药于2019年在我国正式上市,随后得到了医务工作者的广泛关注。本文主要对艾司氯胺酮作用机制及临床应用的研究进展进行分析。
Ketamine used to be widely used in clinic,but many people do not want to use ketamine because of its high side effects(easy to cause mental adverse reactions).Esketamine is an enantiomer isolated from ketamine.It not only has strong anesthetic,analgesic and hypnotic effect,but also uses a small dose.It has been widely used in clinic.The drug was officially launched in China in 2019 and has since attracted wide attention from medical workers.In this paper,the mechanism of action and clinical application of esketamine were analyzed.
