清热利湿法治疗湿热下注型宫颈HPV感染的研究进展

Progress in the treatment of cervical HPV infection by clearing heat and removing dampness

宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)持续感染是宫颈病变发生发展的主要影响因素之一,现代医学尚缺乏有效的药物治疗HPV感染,中医药治疗此病有一定优势。HPV感染归属于中医学中“带下病”范畴,湿热为其重要致病因素,湿热下注为其主要证候,相关治疗多立足于清热利湿,治疗效果得到临床广泛认可。笔者查阅相关文献,对清热利湿法治疗湿热下注型宫颈HPV感染作一系统综述,阐释中医对HPV感染的认识及治疗,并概括相关作用机制。

Continuous infection of cervical human papillomavirus(HPV)is one of the main factors affecting the occurrence and development of cervical lesions.Modern medicine still lacks effective drugs to treat HPV infection.Traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages in treating this disease.HPV infection belongs to the category of“under the belt disease”in traditional Chinese medicine.Dampness-heat is its important pathogenic factor,and dampness-heat is its main syndrome.Related treatment is mainly based on clearing heat and dampness-dampness,and the therapeutic effect has been widely recognized clinically.The author reviewed the relevant literature,and made a systematic review on the treatment of damp-heat cervical HPV infection by clearing heat and dispelling dampness,explained the understanding and treatment of HPV infection in traditional Chinese medicine,and summarized the relevant mechanism of action.
