阴道镜联合LEEP刀手术治疗宫颈癌前病变的效果观察

Effect of colposcope combined with LEEP knife in the treatment of cervical precancerous lesions

目的:探究阴道镜联合LEEP刀手术治疗宫颈癌前病变的效果。方法:选取无锡市惠山区第三人民医院妇产科2017年1月至2021年12月收治的150例宫颈癌前病变患者,采用随机分组的方法将其分为观察组和对照组(各75例)。对照组采用宫颈激光烧灼法进行治疗,观察组采用阴道镜联合LEEP刀手术进行治疗。观察两组的临床疗效、生活质量、并发症发生情况和对治疗的满意程度。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05。治疗后,观察组的各项SF-36评分均高于对照组,P<0.05。治疗后,观察组并发症的发生率低于对照组,P<0.05。观察组对治疗的总满意率高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:阴道镜联合LEEP刀手术治疗宫颈癌前病变的疗效显著,可有效改善患者的生活质量,降低其并发症的发生率,提高其对治疗的满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of colposcope combined with LEEP knife in the treatment of cervical precancerous lesions.Methods:150 patients with precancerous lesions of cervical cancer admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the Third People s Hospital of Huishan District,Wuxi City from January 2017 to December 2021 were randomly divided into observation group and control group(75 cases each).The control group was treated with cervical laser cautery,and the observation group was treated with colposcope combined with LEEP knife.The clinical efficacy,quality of life,complications and satisfaction with treatment were observed in the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group,P<0.05.After treatment,the SF-36 scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,P<0.05.After treatment,the complication rate of observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Colposcope combined with LEEP knife is effective in the treatment of cervical precancerous lesions,which can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve their satisfaction with the treatment.
