分析和总结朱立宏教授辨治面部痤疮的临床经验,通过整理分析朱立宏教授治疗面部痤疮的临床医案,归纳总结朱立宏教授的辨证思路及治疗特色。朱立宏教授认为痤疮属中医疮疡范畴,提出治病求本,将相关病机归纳为脾胃亏虚,阴阳失衡。治疗上强调辨证论治,针灸与中药结合,以“调护脾胃,补益气血,平衡阴阳”为治则,中药以六君子汤为底方,随证化裁,以健脾土,助运化,使气血生化得源,阴平阳秘;配合针灸局部泻法,疏通局部气血,排泄多余油脂等代谢废物,为本病治疗开拓了新思路。

This paper analyzes and summarizes the clinical experience of Professor Zhu Lihong in distinguishing and treating facial acne,and summarizes the syndrome differentiation and treatment characteristics of Professor Zhu Lihong by sorting out and analyzing the clinical medical cases of Professor Zhu Lihong in treating facial acne.Professor Zhu Lihong believes that acne belongs to the category of sore selection in traditional Chinese medicine,and proposes to seek the root cause of treatment.The related pathogenesis is summarized as deficiency of spleen and stomach and imbalance of Yin and Yang.The treatment emphasizes syndrome differentiation and treatment,combining acupuncture and moxibustion with traditional Chinese medicine,taking“regulating the spleen and stomach,replenishing Qi and blood,balancing Yin and Yang” as the treatment principle.The traditional Chinese medicine takes Liujunzi Decoction as the base,and adjusts the cutting according to the syndrome.In order to strengthen the spleen and soil,aid transportation,so that Qi and blood biochemical source,Yin Pingyang secret;With acupuncture and moxibustion local purging method,dredge local qi and blood,excretion of excess oil and other metabolic waste,for the treatment of this disease opened up a new idea.
