针灸治疗急性高原反应的探究

Study on acupuncture treatment of acute altitude sickness

通过实际经验来看,中医在治疗高原病方面往往能够起到立竿见影的效果。急性高原反应起病迅速、致病广泛,使用传统中医针灸疗法进行治疗是一个好办法,无论在处理急症还是慢性损害方面都取得了较好的效果。本文在传统中医理论的指导下,对在海拔4000米~5000米地区生活的居民进行相关探究,力求完善中医学对急性高原反应的认识与防治手段。目前对于中医在高原疾病诊治中应用效果方面的研究较少,希望通过此文章能推动中医诊治高原疾病的相关研究。笔者认为,深入开展高原病中医诊治方面的研究有助于进一步积累人类克服高原病的有效经验。

Based on practical experience,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)can often play an immediate role in the treatment of altitude sickness.Acute altitude sickness has a rapid onset and wide range of diseases.It is a good way to treat acute altitude sickness with traditional Chinese acupuncture and moxibustion,which has achieved good results in treating both acute and chronic injuries.In this paper,under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory,the residents living in the area of 4000~5000 meters above sea level were studied,and strive to improve the understanding of traditional Chinese medicine on acute altitude sickness and the means of prevention and treatment.At present,there are few researches on the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of plateau diseases.The author believes that further research on the diagnosis and treatment of plateau disease in traditional Chinese medicine is helpful to further accumulate effective experience in overcoming plateau disease.
