壳聚糖对产蛋后期蛋鸡生产性能,血清生化指标和免疫指标的影响 被引量:1

Effect of chitosan on performance,serum biochemical indices and serum immune indices of laying hens in late laying period

摘要 [目的]研究饲粮中添加壳聚糖对产蛋后期蛋鸡生产性能、血清生化指标和免疫指标的影响。[方法]将450只500日龄产蛋率相近、健康的产蛋后期的海兰褐蛋鸡随机分为5组(1个对照组和4个试验组),每组6个重复,每个重复15只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,4个试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加200、400、600、800 mg/kg壳聚糖,预试验期7 d,正试验期60 d。[结果](1)试验组平均日采食量、料蛋比以及平均蛋重与对照组均无显著差异;200 mg/kg添加组的破软蛋率显著低于对照组,200 mg/kg和800 mg/kg添加组产蛋率显著高于对照组。(2)试验组白蛋白(ALB)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)与对照组均无显著性差异;200、400、600 mg/kg添加组血清总蛋白(TP)均显著高于对照组;600 mg/kg添加组TP均显著高于800 mg/kg添加组。(3)试验组血清免疫球蛋白A(Ig A)、免疫球蛋白G(Ig G)、免疫球蛋白M(Ig M)与对照组无显著差异,但均有一定程度的提高。[结论]饲粮中添加壳聚糖可提高产蛋后期蛋鸡生产性能,改善产蛋后期蛋鸡的血清生化指标和血清免疫指标。 [Objectives]To explore the effects of dietary supplementation of chitosan on laying performance,serum biochemical indexes and serum immune indexes of laying hens during late laying period.[Methods]A total of 450 healthy 500-day-old Hy-line brown layers with similar egg laying rate were randomly divided into 5 groups with 6 replicates of 15 hens each,which include one control group and four experimental groups.The control group was fed the basal diet,and the others in the experimental groups were fed the basal diet added 200 mg/kg,400 mg/kg,600 mg/kg,800 mg/kg chitosan,respectively.The experiment lasted for 60 days after pre-trail period of 7 days.[Results]1)There were no significant differences in average daily feed intake,average egg weight and feed to egg ratio between experimental groups and the control group(P>0.05);The soft egg breaking rate of 200 mg/kg added group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),The egg laying rate of 200 mg/kg and 800 mg/kg added group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);2)There were no significant differences in the content of ALB,AST,ALT,TC,TG between experimental groups and the control group(P>0.05);The content of TP of 200 mg/kg added group,400 mg/kg added group and 800 mg/kg added group were higher than the control group,as well as the content of TP of 600 mg/kg added group was significantly higher the 800 mg/kg chitosan group.3)There were no significant differences in the content of immune globulin including IgA,IgG,IgM between experimental groups and the control group,but it had been improved to a certain extent compared with the control group.[Conclusions]It can be seen from the above that dietary supplementation with chitosan can enhance the laying performance of laying hens in the late laying period,improve the serum biochemical indexes and serum immune indexes of laying hens during late laying period.
