摘要
为研究蠋蝽对桑树害虫桑木虱的生物防治潜力,在温度25℃、湿度50%、光周期16L∶8D环境下,测定了3龄和4龄蠋蝽若虫对5龄桑木虱若虫和成虫的捕食能力。结果表明,蠋蝽对桑木虱的捕食功能反应符合HollingⅡ模型,3龄和4龄蠋蝽若虫对桑木虱成虫的日最大捕食量较高(分别为10.709和12.359头),3龄和4龄蠋蝽若虫对5龄桑木虱若虫的日最大捕食量较低(分别为2.998和4.675头),蠋蝽对桑木虱成虫的控制作用显著高于桑木虱若虫。研究结果可为野外释放蠋蝽防治桑木虱提供理论依据,预期在野外桑木虱成虫发生期释放4龄蠋蝽若虫效果最佳,有助于促进桑园绿色防控体系的建立。
In order to investigate the biological control potential of Arma chinensis Fallou on Anomoneura mori Schwarz,the ability of 3 rd and 4 th instar predator nymphs to prey on the 5 th instar nymphs and adults of Anomoneura mori was studied under the condition of 25℃,RH 50%and 16 L∶8 D photoperiod.The results showed that the functional responses of Arma chinensis to Anomoneura mori fitted with the Holling type-Ⅱ.The maximum daily predation of 3 rd and 4 th instar predator nymph to the adults of Anomoneura mori were relatively high,being 10.709 and 12.359 respectively.The maximum daily predation of 3 rd and 4 th instar predator nymph to the 5 th instar nymphs of Anomoneura mori were relatively low,being 2.998 and 4.675 respectively.The control effect of Arma chinensis on the adults of Anomoneura mori was significantly higher than that on the 5 th instar nymphs.This study may provide a theoretical basis for the control of Anomoneura mori by releasing Arma chinensis in the field.It is expected that the release of 4 th instar Arma chinensis at the adult stage of Anomoneura mori in the field will be the best,which will help to establish a green control system in mulberry field.
