钢结构用单组份鳞片型环氧富锌防锈底漆的制备技术研究

摘要 以亚麻油脂肪酸改性的E12环氧树脂为成膜物,添加催干剂异辛酸钴溶液促进涂膜的表干,加入一定比例的鳞片状锌粉和玻璃鳞片,复配纳米镍钛合金粉和超细磷铁粉,制得单组份鳞片型环氧富锌防锈底漆,不但大大降低了单位面积内的耗锌量和涂层厚度,而且提高了涂层的屏蔽性能和抗蚀性能;单组份鳞片型环氧富锌底漆的涂层性能符合HG/T 4342—2012和HG/T 3668—2020的要求,与双组份环氧富锌底漆相比,具有干燥快、耐盐雾性能好、锌粉含量低和施工性易操作等优点,尤其耐盐雾性能突出,达2200 h。 Taking the E12 epoxy resin modified by linseed oil fatty acid as the film-forming material,adding the drying agent cobalt solution to promote the surface drying of the coating film,adding a certain proportion of flake zinc powder and glass flakes,compounded with nano-nickel-titanium alloy powder and ultra-fine phosphorous iron powder,a one-component flake epoxy zinc-rich rust-proof primer was prepared,which not only greatly reduced the zinc consumption per unit area and coating thickness,but also improved the shielding performance and corrosion resistance of the coating.The coating performance of one-component flake epoxy zinc-rich primer meets the requirements of HG/T 4342—2012 and HG/T 3668—2020.Compared with two-component epoxy zincrich primer,it has the advantages of fast drying,good salt spray resistance,low zinc powder content and easy operation,especially the outstanding salt spray resistance,reaching more than 2200 h.
