摘要
以工业副产脱硫石膏为主要原材料制备石膏基泡沫混凝土,研究水料比、水泥掺量和缓凝剂掺量对石膏基泡沫混凝土物理力学性能的影响,确定最佳配合比,并对成型试样的微观结构进行分析。在上述基础上,研究石膏基轻质隔墙板的成型工艺,测试产品性能。结果表明:当水料比为0.35,水泥掺量为10%,缓凝剂掺量为0.25%时,石膏基泡沫混凝土中生成的板状CH晶体、网状C-S-H凝胶、针棒状AFt晶体和柱状CaSO_(4)·2H_(2)O晶体相互搭接,使成型试样的抗压强度和软化系数较高,收缩较低;先将缓凝剂溶于水再投放石膏中可以有效改善石膏遇水快速凝结硬化问题;制得的轻质隔墙板不仅具有轻质高强、保温隔热、收缩小的特点,还具有较好的防水性和抗冲击性能。
Gypsum based foamed concrete was prepared with industrial by-product desulfurized gypsum as the main raw ma-terial.The effects of water-solid ratio,cement content and retarder content on the physical and mechanical properties of gypsum based foamed concrete were studied respectively to determine the optimal mix,and the microstructure of the sample was analyzed.On that basis,research the molding process of gypsum based light partition board and test product performance.The results show that:When the water-material ratio is 0.35,the cement content is 10%,and the retarder content is 0.25%,plate-like CH crystals,reticulated C-S-H gel,needle-stick AFt crystals and columnar CaSO_(4)·2H_(2)O crystals formed in gypsum based foamed concrete overlap with each other,cause the compressive strength and softening coefficient of the molded sample higher and the shrinkage lower;The problem of rapid condensation and hardening of gypsum in water can be effectively improved by first dissolving retarder in water and then putting gypsum;The prepared lightweight partition board not only has the characteristics of light weight,high strength,heat insulation and less shrinkage,but also has better water resistance and impact resistance.
