水溶性渗透结晶材料对混凝土性能影响的研究 被引量:2

摘要 水溶性渗透结晶(DPS)材料是在传统水泥基渗透结晶(CCCW)材料基础上发展起来的新型混凝土表面修护材料。借助平板开裂试验、渗水高度试验和透水速率试验,研究了DPS材料对混凝土抗压强度、早期抗裂性能、裂后自愈合能力和抗渗性能的影响。结果表明:DPS材料能够抑制混凝土的泛碱现象,降低早期裂缝的发生风险,提高混凝土抗压强度,并显著提高抗渗性能和裂缝自愈合能力;DPS材料的裂缝修复效果与DPS材料用量、裂缝宽度、养护时间有关,在DPS材料用量为250~350 mL/m^(2)时,早期裂缝降低率可达88.2%~95.0%,喷涂后比较经济的养护时长为7~14 d。 Water-soluble infiltration crystalline(DPS)material is a new type of concrete surface repair material developed on the basis of traditional cement-based capillary crystalline waterproof(CCCW)material.The present paper focuses on the influences of DPS material on properties of concrete,such as compressive strength,early age anti-cracking ability,anti-permeability capacity,and self-healing property with the help of plate cracking test,water penetration height test and water penetration rate test.Experimental results reveal that DPS material is able to suppress the efflorescence of concrete,reduce its early age cracking risk,enhance its compressive strength,greatly improve its anti-permeability capacity and self-healing capacity.The crack repair effect of DPS material is related to the amount of DPS material,crack width and curing time.When the amount of DPS is 250~350 m L/m2,the early crack inhibition rate can reach 88.2%~95.0%,and the economical curing time is 7~14 d after spraying.
