摘要
卡内基重塑教育博士计划引发的美国教育博士变革积累了丰富的成功经验。南加州大学和范德堡大学突出教育博士的实践性特点,积极创新培养模式,成为美国新型教育博士培养模式的典范。实践性是新模式的突出特征,培养目标面向实践,课程教学融入实践,毕业考核走进实践。这两个典范对审视我国教育博士的培养具有启发借鉴的意义,既要在优化培养模式上下功夫,又要不断深化对教育理论与实践关系的认识。
CPED has accumulated rich experience in successfully launching EdD reform.University of Southern California and Vanderbilt University highlight the practicality of EdD,actively innovate the cultivation mode and has become the model of the new EdD cultivation mode in the United States.The new mode is characterized by practicality,with cultivation objective oriented towards practice,curriculum and teaching integrated into practice,and graduation assessment covered in practice.These two models have enlightening implications for us to examine the cultivation of EdD in China.We should not only work hard on optimizing the cultivation mode,but also deepen the understanding of the relationship between educational theory and practice.
