摘要
文章梳理了我国高校教师教育者质量保障制度的现状,并分析其现实挑战与突围路径。该制度面临的现实挑战有:针对性不足,现有制度并非专门为教师教育者设置;专业性不足,现有制度忽视关注教师教育者的教学专业;系统性不足,现有制度缺乏专业标准引领,内容分散未成体系;协同性不足,现有制度缺乏关注各类教师教育者的合作。提出建构我国高校教师教育者质量保障制度的突围路径:加强针对性,充分认识高校教师教育者群体的独特性和重要性;提高专业性,兼顾高校教师教育者的双重专业尤其是教学专业;构筑系统性,出台教师教育者专业标准,并基于此,系统性地设置相应制度;推进协同性,为高校教师教育者建立教与学的共同体制度。
By analyzing current university-based teacher educator quality assurance systems in China,the paper finds that existing systems are not specifically designed for teacher educators;overlook the teaching profession of teacher educators;the professional standard is absent;and overlook the collaboration of different teacher educators.To guarantee the professional quality of university-based teacher educators in China,we suggest thatit is important to fully understandthe uniqueness and importance of teacher educators in universities;pay more attention to their dual profession especially teaching profession;developthe professional standard for them and setupcorresponding systems;establish teaching-and-learning communities for them.
