我国师范大学教师教育学院发展的现实考察与路径优化

The Reality Investigation and Path Optimization on Teacher Education Colleges’Development of Normal University in China

教师教育是教育事业的工作母机,是提升教育质量的动力源泉。教师教育学院是中国特色师范教育体系的重要组成部分,它主要承担着教师职前培养、职后培训和教师教育研究等工作职能。立足现实,对我国师范大学教师教育学院建设现状进行考察,发现仍然存在管理体制机制运行不顺畅、教师教育资源整合力不够、学科教学论师资水平不高、培养卓越教师能力不强等问题。基于此,围绕我国教师教育高质量发展的迫切需求,从完善管理体制机制、整合教师教育资源、加强教师队伍建设、创新人才培养举措等方面提出优化路径。

Teacher education is the mother machine of education and the power source to improve the quality of education.Teacher education college is an important part of the normal education system with Chinese characteristics.It mainly undertakes the functions of teacher pre service training,post service training and teacher education research.Based on the reality,this paper investigates the teacher education college of normal university in China,and finds that there are still some problems,such as the operation of management system and mechanism is not smooth,the integration of teacher education resources is not enough,the level of subject pedagogy teachers is not high,and the ability to cultivate excellent teachers is not strong.On this basis,focusing on the practical needs of the high-quality development of teacher education in China,this paper puts forward the optimization path from the aspects of improving the management system and mechanism,integrating teacher education resources,strengthening the construction of teachers and innovating talent training measures.
