摘要 教学能力是从事教书育人活动的工作者必须具备的专业能力。核心素养则是对学生的品格、价值观及能力的综合评价。基于我国师范院校生物科学专业学生培养模式的现状,提出从职业认知能力、从教技能及教学能力评价体系等角度构建生物学核心素养下的生物科学专业师范生教学能力培养模式,为提升生物科学专业人才的教学技能、增强师范生培养的针对性和适应性、保证未来基础教育从业人员达到相应的质量要求提供理论与实践依据。 Teaching ability is the professional ability that must be possessed by workers engaged in teaching and educating people.Core literacy is a comprehensive evaluation of students’character,values and abilities.Based on the current situation of the training mode of biological science majors in normal colleges and universities in my country,this paper proposes to construct a teaching ability training mode for biological science majors under the core literacy of biology from the perspectives of vocational cognitive ability,teaching skills and teaching ability evaluation system,etc.The teaching skills of scientific professionals provide theoretical and practical basis for enhancing the pertinence and adaptability of the training of normal students,and ensuring that future basic education practitioners meet the corresponding quality requirements.
