遵义市观音水库工程数字孪生平台凸优化调度算法研究

摘要 为保障水利水电工程运行安全,实现供水调度、大坝安全、库区管理、发电运行等业务功能,基于数理统计和数据挖掘等技术方法构建水文水资源预测预报、安全监测数据异常识别、工程安全预测预警、输水管线分析等数学模型。重点对观音水库工程信息化数字孪生平台凸优化调度算法进行了研究,形成水库数字孪生系统架构凸优化调度决策方案,对于建成具有预报、预警、预案、预演功能的工程信息化系统,为观音水库运行安全,充分发挥工程综合效益提供重要支撑。 In order to ensure the operation safety of water conservancy and hydropower projects and realize the business functions of water supply dispatching, dam safety, reservoir management, power generation operation,etc., mathematical models such as hydrological and water resources prediction and forecasting, abnormal identification of safety monitoring data, engineering safety prediction and early warning, and water transmission pipeline analysis are built based on mathematical statistics and data mining. The research focuses on the convex optimization scheduling algorithm of the informatization digital twin platform of Guanyin Reservoir project, and forms the convex optimization scheduling decision scheme of the digital twin system architecture of the reservoir,which provides important support for the construction of the engineering information system with the functions of prediction, early warning, pre-plan and rehearsal, and for the operation safety of the Guanyin Reservoir and the full play of the comprehensive benefits of the project.
