摘要
YJBY水电站位于西藏高海拔、高严寒、高山峡谷地带。为了解决野外勘察难,狭窄河谷条件下场地空间利用受限,全专业全过程协同设计效率低,移民征地范围实物指标调查确认困难,以及环水保设计与生态修复结合不紧密等问题,通过借鉴国内外智慧工程建设经验,综合运用当前数字化技术手段,使得YJBY水电站勘察设计质量及效率有了极大提升,达到了工程提质增效的目的,取得一些实际应用成效的同时,为藏区工程建设过程中面临的一些共性问题提供了解决思路,可供其他类似工程参考。
YJBY Hydropower Station is located in the high altitude, high cold and alpine canyon area of Tibet.In order to solve the problems such as the difficulty of field investigation, the limited utilization of site space under the condition of narrow valley, the low efficiency of collaborative design of the whole professional process,the difficulty in investigating and confirming the physical indicators of the scope of resettlement land acquisition,and the lack of close combination of environmental protection, soil and water conservation design and ecological restoration, the quality and efficiency of the investigation and design of YJBY Hydropower Station have been greatly improved by referring to the experience of intelligent engineering construction at home and abroad and comprehensively using the current digital technology. The purpose of improving the quality and efficiency of the project has been achieved, and some practical application results have been achieved. At the same time, it provides solutions to some common problems in the process of engineering construction in Tibetan areas, which can be used as reference for other similar projects.
