摘要
针对多旁水库输水隧洞混凝土衬砌施工作业空间小、速度慢、材料运输困难等问题,通过设计改变模板结构,提高模板体系整体稳定性,使该模板体系无须设置内支撑,提出了组合钢模板的结构形式。通过该组合钢模板的应用,能快速、高质量地完成隧洞混凝土衬砌施工,可为特小断面隧洞混凝土衬砌施工提供借鉴。
In view of the problems of small working space, slow speed and difficult material transportation in the concrete lining construction of the water conveyance tunnel of Duopang Reservoir, the formwork structure is designed to improve the overall stability of the formwork system, so that the formwork system does not need to set up internal support, and the structural form of composite steel form is proposed. Through the application of the composite steel form, the concrete lining construction of the tunnel can be completed quickly and with high quality, which can provide reference for the concrete lining construction of the extra-small section tunnel.
