常规稳控装置在智能变电站的实施方案

摘要 为了解决稳控装置在智能变电站的实现方式,笔者以防城港钢铁基地220 kV智能变电站的稳控装置设计为例,分析了智能变电站二次系统的网络结构及逻辑功能划分,并结合稳控装置的回路设计规范,提出常规稳控装置应用于智能变电站的实施方案,可为稳控装置在智能变电站中的应用提供参考。 In order to solve the realization mode of stability control device in intelligent substation, the authors take the design of stability control device of 220 kV intelligent substation in Fangchenggang iron and steel base as an example, analyze the network structure and logical function division of secondary system of intelligent substation,and put forward the implementation plan of conventional stability control device applied to intelligent substation in combination with the circuit design specification of stability control device, which can provide reference for the application of stability control device in intelligent substation.
