摘要
文章从生态承载力视角探究教师教育高质量评价的客观性、变异性和多层次特点。依据生态承载能力理论,可以从评价体系的生态弹性、资源和环境承载能力、生态承载压力三个方面来衡量教师教育的高质量评价。教师教育高质量评价生态承载力在配置资源方面具有广阔的应用前景。结合《深化新时代教育评价改革总体方案》的要求,今后教师教育高质量评价生态承载力应在生态伦理与方法研究、理论融入实践、构建指标体系、人才培养等方面采取相应措施。
The article explores the objectivity,variability and multi-level characteristics of high-quality evaluation in teacher education from the perspective of ecological carrying capacity.According to the theory of ecological carrying capacity,the high-quality evaluation of teacher education can be measured and evaluated from three aspects:ecological elasticity,resource and environment carrying capacity,and ecological carrying pressure of the evaluation system.Combined with the requirements of the General Plan for Deepening the Reform of Educational Evaluation in the New Era,future measures of high-quality evaluation in teacher education should be taken in the area of ecological ethics and method research,integration of theory into practice,construction of index systems,talent training,etc.
