摘要
党的二十大首次将“加强家庭家教家风建设”写入党代会报告,这充分体现了党和国家对家庭工作的高度重视,预示着新征程将谱写新时代家庭家教家风建设新篇章。新时代家庭观是新时代家庭家教家风建设的科学指南和根本遵循,在内涵上从“如何看待家庭”“建设什么样的家庭”以及“怎样建设家庭”三个视角体现为家国统一的“家庭地位观”、积极和谐的“家庭价值观”以及平等协作的“家庭建设观”,这一内涵也彰显着新时代家庭观具有时代性、科学性、系统性、人民性和实践性五个鲜明特征。在践行新时代家庭观的过程中,要注重将宏观布局与微观设计相结合、政策引领与实际调研相结合、道德规范与制度约束相结合、家庭建设与基层治理相结合、妇联牵头与协调推进相结合,其中包含的科学方法论意蕴为新时代家庭家教家风建设提供了科学、明确的实践指向。
The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)wrote“foster stronger family ties,values,and traditions”into the report of the Party Congress for the first time,which fully reflects the high importance that the CPC and the country attach to family education work,and indicates that the new journey will compose a new chapter of family ties,values,and traditions in the new era.The family concept of the new era is the scientific guide and fundamental principle for the construction of fostering stronger family ties,values,and traditions in the new era.From the three perspectives of“how to view family”,“what kind of family to build”and“how to build family”,the connotation is embodied in the unified“family status concept”of the family,the positive and harmonious“family values”and the“family construction concept”of equality and cooperation.This connotation also shows its five distinct characteristics:contemporary,scientific,systematic,people-oriented and practical.In the process of practicing the family concept of the new era,we should pay attention to the combination of macro layout and micro design,policy guidance and practical research,moral norms and institutional constraints,family construction and grass-roots governance,and the leading and coordinated promotion of women’s federations.The scientific methodology implication provides a scientific and clear practical direction for the construction of fostering stronger family ties,values,and traditions in the new era.
