摘要
聚乙烯醇(PVA)是静电纺丝中可纺性最好的聚合物之一,但由于纺丝过程受湿度等因素影响大,PVA纳米纤维的质量可控性较差,限制了PVA纳米纤维的应用范围。使用自制静电纺丝装置,研究PVA溶液浓度、纺丝电压、注射速度、环境湿度,对PVA纳米纤维形貌、直径和纺丝面积的影响。结果表明,聚乙烯醇纳米纤维直径和纺丝面积随环境湿度的增加而增加,在高湿度条件下会出现纤维黏连现象。通过控制PVA溶液浓度、纺丝电压、注射速度、纺丝区域的湿度,避免了聚乙烯醇纳米纤维的黏连现象,获得了形貌均匀的纳米纤维,实现了PVA纳米纤维的可控静电纺丝。
Ambient temperature and humidity is the key to control the quality of electrospinning polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)nanofibers.In this study,a self-made electrospinning device is used to study the effects of PVA solution concentration,spinning voltage,injection speed,and ambient humidity on the morphology,diameter,and spinning area of PVA nanofibers.The results show that the diameter and spinning area of polyvinyl alcohol nanofibers increased with the increase of ambient humidity,and the phenomenon of fiber adhesion occurrs under high humidity conditions.By controlling the concentration of the PVA solution,the spinning voltage,the injection speed,and the humidity in the spinning area,the sticking phenomenon of the polyvinyl alcohol nanofibers is avoided,the nanofibers with uniform morphology are obtained,and the controllable electrospinning of the PVA nanofibers is realized.
